Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Sodwana Bay, South Africa, and east to the Marquesas Islands.

Size: 1 inch (2 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits coastal coral reefs areas and usually found at depths between 3 to 150 feet (1 – 45 m) where it feeds on tiny benthic invertebrates and zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
