Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Seychelles to Great Barrier Reef and Micronesia.

Size: 2 inch (3 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits very shallow sandy bottom lagoon reefs and usually found at depths between 3– 65 feet (1 – 20 m) where it feeds upon benthic invertebrate/zooplankton.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
