Range: Indo-West Pacific Ocean: Philippines north to Southern Japan, south to Fiji, Samoa, Caroline and Marshall Islands.

Size: 3 inches (7 cm)

Natural Environment: Inhabits coastal sand slopes in rubble patches on reef crests and usually found at depths between 6 – 150 feet (2 – 45 m) where it feeds upon benthic invertebrate.

General Husbandry: Not collected for the trade.
